Our Team
Bill joined the Austin Company in 1970. Serving in the Milford office, Bill specializes in Farm Management, Crop Insurance, Farm Sales and Appraisals. Bill has a Nebraska Certified General Appraisers License and a Nebraska Real Estate Brokers License.
Rod joined The Austin Company in 1971, and is currently operating in the Imperial, Nebraska area. Rod holds a Nebraska Real Estate Salesperson License, a Nebraska Crop Insurance License and specializes in Custom Farming Operations.
Trenton joined The Austin Company in 2010, and serves in the Milford office. Trenton graduated from Doane College in 2010. His roles in the company include, Farm Management, Crop Insurance and Farm Sales. Trenton has a Nebraska Real Estate Salesperson License and a Nebraska Crop Insurance License.
Ryan joined the Austin Company in 2014 and serves the Milford office. Ryan was raised on a family farm near Stromsburg, Nebraska and graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University. He is a currently licensed Real Estate Broker, Crop Insurance Agent and Trainee Appraiser. At the Austin Company Ryan is a farm manager, works with agriculture real estate sales, crop insurance and farm appraisals.
Jill joined The Austin Company in January of 2013. Jill graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 2009 with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has a Nebraska Crop Insurance License and her roles include data processing, business development and advertising for The Austin Company. Jill and her family reside in Milford.
Darci has been with The Austin Company since 2017. She currently serves as the Austin Company’s bookkeeper and other secretarial roles. Darci and her husband currently reside in Milford.
Anika has been with the Austin Company since 2018. She currently serves in various secretarial roles in the Milford office. Anika and her family currently reside in Milford.
Paul is a 30-plus year veteran farm manager. He has worked at Farmer’s National, U.S. Bank and joined The Austin Company in 2023. Paul grew up on his family’s farm near Mead, Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics with a farm management option. Paul co-owns and manages HJ Bar Ranch near Palmyra with his wife, Lori. They have a herd of commercial Black Angus cows.
